Royal Elk Products is relentless in maintaining the highest standard.  We use the finest quality antler and ginseng and insist on impeccable standards of hygiene.  All batches are tested for microbiological contamination (coliforms, aerobic plate count, e-coli, salmonella, yeast and mold).

Our quality assurance consist of several components.  One primary component is a HACCP System.  HACCP is internationally recognized and recommended by The Canadian Food Inspection Agency - in ensuring food safety through the identification and prevention of food-borne hazards in all processes in the production of food from farm gate to plate.
